Pros

There are a few jobs with over 30+ hours which you can live off of if you know how to live within your means. Benefits fairly quickly. Once Probationary period is up, you are protected from being fired after one mistake. Paid Training, even when you start up on their computer programs.

Cons

Overbearing Management, you don't typically hear praise unless it is used to set you up for some serious criticism. Lack of Communication makes the job unnecessarily tough. Many co-workers are lazy and do not do simple things such as taking their trash to the back or putting extra stock in the right place.

Pros

Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

Cons

When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
