Pros
The extra dollar per hour on Sundays was a nice bonus, and the flexible hours was good as a college student. The company has good values for diversity.
Cons
Some of the challenges here were the lack of respect between staff and their managers. Also, the lack of staff created an issue of one person doing the work of two or three people but still getting close to minimum wage.
