      -Menial tasks like taking out the garbage, scraping off strange sticker residue, and pushing carts are more insufferable than I thought -Break room is depressingly small

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
