Pros
Flexible hours, nice coworkers. Old manager used to bend over backwards to give me hours.
Cons
Low pay. PIC's think to highly of themselves when in all honestly at least one of them should of been let go along time ago. Doesn't matter how hard you work seniority always wins. New manager doesn't seem to care as much about employees or giving the hours needed.
