once you understand the basics it becomes more of a gym mentality type job, decent hourly rate if negotiated, autonomy to work hard with headphones so long as load is thrown and order pull times are met
Cons
Customer service, being left alone in entire dept, don't overachieve or you will be stuck doing other departments work as the expectation, generally poor management and understaffed
