Pros

Work-life balance is comparatively okay only because workload is low, not because of good processes.

Cons

No proper or meaningful work assigned. Most of the time, the work is not related to the role you’re hired for. Employees are hired for one role and then randomly deployed to completely different work/projects. Too much micromanagement, even for small tasks, which affects productivity and morale. Mandatory 9 hours office presence for 3 days a week is very exhausting and unnecessary. 50 km radius work-from-office policy is impractical and ignores employee convenience. No proper applications or systems for resignation or exit process, making it stressful and unclear. Poor planning and lack of transparency from management.

Pros

Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

Cons

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
