Management needs a huge overall. Employees are managed out of fear and intimidation. She talks to everyone like they're her slaves and is very rude in the way she communicates. There is a massive issue with favoritism and if you're not one on the favorites list you have to watch every step. Some will be given the option to come in early if they need to get off early for an appointment or other reason. Others will be told they have to use paid leave if they want to leave early. Favorites get away with coming in late with no repercussions, but if you're not a favorite you will have disciplinary actions taken against you. And if you get on her (the manager) bad side, it is just a matter of time before you're fired. Management flat out does not care about any of the employees out on the floor and proves it through their actions.
They have people doing work they are not certified to do. This results in a lot of rework and findings. They would rather invest money on $1k tablets used for viewing pdfs or purchasing equipment that sits in the warehouse collecting dust rather than into the employees well being. She fires any employee she does not like and forces the rest of the team to pick up the extra work. Management will also talk bad about employees to each other and some of the favorites, instead of talking to the employee directly about any issues. Confidentiality is not something practiced. Cannot go to HR about any issues, because the manager and HR are buddy buddy. Anything you tell HR will get relayed to management weather you want it to or not.
