Word spread fast about large layoffs of key positions where ramp up times are 8-12 months to be effective around Sage while executives spout how we are "growing". Morale hit a new low yesterday for employees that weren't walked and are still remaining.
Seriously don't work here. I've regularly seen employees turn in year after year of high performance and then several of them were let go yesterday simply because they made too much. No promotion from within and a terrible bell curve review system. I personally know several Sales people who received a "Meets Expectations" after being one of the few to turn in 110% above quota numbers. Does that sound like a meets expectations to you? Our competitors give out trophies and gifts for that. If you have any talent, looks elsewhere or you'll simply be frustrated until you leave.
