Thanks for your feedback. Having just watched our CEO's message for the new fiscal year, Stephen Kelly thanked us for the recent feedback we gave through the colleague survey. We made it clear we want greater clarity on delivery and how each of us can make a difference. Also, our new interim CPO, Amanda Cusdin said last week that she wants to ensure employee engagement is top of her list.
The new fiscal year starts off with kick-offs at each and every Sage office (this is happening right now). Between our CEO, Stephen Kelly and our President, Blair Crump, every colleague will understand what the VSGM is (vision, strategy, goals & metrics). Last year was the year of the business builder and FY18 is the year of business cloud, with simplification and customer obsession at the heart of everything we do. Through colleague goals, everyone will understand how they will make a difference and help deliver our vision.
There's so much learning & development for all colleagues - from the Leading@Sage programme for all people leaders - there's also Linda.com. This is a vast library of engaging video tutorials to meet professional and personal development goals. Colleague can access these courses - even outside of working hours--it's available to colleagues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any device.
