Pros

There are some extremely smart people who work here - and if you open yourself up to learning from, your personal growth can be exponential. It’s also an international company, so you’ll work with people from literally all over the world. You interact with so many cultures, it’s amazing. Their benefits are also great because of this - minus the PTO.

Cons

Marketing leadership micromanages their teams, and often passed the buck when things didn’t go as planned. I was once asked “Who approved this plan?” And when I said, “You did,” my managers response was literally, “I must not have been actually listening.” They also offer different PTO in various counties. While this makes sense from a holiday standpoint, it was really sad seeing some coworkers get 6 weeks of paid maternity leave when other direct coworkers got 9 months or even 12.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you agree that there are many smart people, and many opportunities for personal and professional growth – promoting from within benefits everyone and we are committing to developing our awesome colleagues! I’m sorry you felt micromanaged – that is never a positive thing. There are always opportunities for our managers to improve their skills, so our new LEAD program is just one of the ways we are building stronger leaders. As a former colleague, I hope that you used one of our many internal channels to share some of your sentiments and thoughts and ideas about our marketing efforts with our leadership team. Our CMO, Ron McMurtrie is located right in your local Atlanta office and is always willing to hear feedback and ideas. A great work/life balance is an important part of colleague happiness and we encourage everyone to take advantage of their time away. Since we are a global company, local laws and other cultural factors are taken into consideration, but overall we strive to ensure the total reward package is consistent across roles. Thank you again for your comments, and we wish you the best!

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
