Pros

Very Few talents and you should be lucky to be in their team Free Lunch

Cons

1. Many 10 plus experience, but useless , very few are updated with the current technologies and many are obsolete jus surviving pleasing few people in hierarchy 2 .It will be hard time for the experienced lateral joiners since those obsolete class gets insecure 3. There is no adherence to the policies of the firm, ex. Notice period. Randomly you’ll be asked to leave before it ends. 4. Few of the dev leads and leads + keeps their dependency to survive , those areas always will be their stronghold and at anytime people should depend them for that 5. Instead of appraisals you get blamed for others miscommunication and lack of judgement 6. Could rarely see talented and helpful people , there is zero collaboration at all level 7. Few people have the extreme authority to do any thing in offshore 8. No HR in offshore , so no one cares about the HR related issues in offshore 9. Much of the leads now really don’t have the leading capacity , they are jus elevated since they are here for many years and is the same case for managers they don’t even know to manage the team and the project as well 10. A true manager or a lead should grow along with the team it should not be stealing the team effort and opportunity to grow up 11. Managers should be taught ethics and professional manners 12. You cant see any New managers or leads joined in recent 4 to 5 yrs all are filled by only the obsolete and selfish 10 plus Exp category , 13.you can learn little inside but You will never learn ethics , collabration , team work

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
