We appreciate that the resource is still fairly new but we encourage you to explore more of what it can offer you. There are projects being advertised constantly in the form of what we are calling 'gigs.' These should give you the opportunity to really showcase your skills, learn new skills and develop your expertise but also these gigs put you in contact with new colleagues from all over the business which builds your network. We are also encouraging our colleagues to simplify the way they work and this includes scrutinising the need for meetings to ensure that time is spent wisely and equates to productivity. Our hybrid working framework is essential to enhancing team and cross-functional collaboration amongst colleagues but also, it is at the heart of our culture being that we are a human-centric organisation. We strongly believe in the power of that human connection.
