Annual layoffs around the end of each FY, they value the cost of the employee more than the value/skill/experience (that drives hiring decisions too), year over year they work to reduce the # of people in North America despite more than half of the revenue being generated in North America.
Steve Hare did an amazing turnaround with the company and culture when he took over the CEO role. However, I think he has been losing his way in, in recent years. I have wondered how much the CPO has influenced that and the changes that have been made since then.
