      The company is very nice to work for. We have a pleasant work environment and good benefits.

      We are running a little short staffed it seems, and it feels some areas have a lot on their work plates.

      Pros

      Leader in the market that has eliminated our competitors. Great work, life balance. Outstanding smart glass technology. Saint-Gobain (parent company) is strong, financial leader.

      Cons

      GM for the company doesn’t understand the customers or the process to sell the customers. That’s a problem
