High turnover due to unrealistic expectations and low pay. Poor lead investment. The company failed to provide reliable lead flow. Frequent changes to role responsibilities, pay plans, and CRM systems, and tools kept changing. Very disorganized and upper management would say one thing one day, and change it to something else the next. Lead distribution was unfair and the system routed most incoming calls to one rep while others received very few. Overall all the company culture does not seem to value its people.
