      I think the most important thing in your career is to always be learning. Given SageSure's rapid growth, there are always exciting and challenging opportunities that allow you to grow while doing the work. In addition, SageSure is also intentional about investing in it's people with other training opportunities.

      Cons

      The pace of the work is fast. I enjoy fast paced work, but know it isn't for everyone.

      System access, weekly lunch provided by office, opportunity to grow if you are a yes-man.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, unnecessary daily team meetings where half the time is gossip, finger pointing, only a few people are doing actual work on the team
