      Pros

      Many good people but senior management is very untrustworthy. Lack of innovation and collaboration.

      Cons

      Management does not care about employees nor do they trust them. Lack of upward mobility unless you are in the “clique” and do not challenge the status quo.

      Pros

      Improved and refreshing culture. Sales and Operations works collaboratively together. Senior Management is present and accessible. Colleagues and teammates are trustworthy and work to help anyone who needs it. Pay is very good. Benefits are great. Good work life balance. More of a “work hard play hard” culture.

      Could offer more paid training for individuals.
