Pros
The Job paid a bit more than other level entry accessioning job at $16.50, while still a low paying job in the current economy, its definitely better than the standard $15. The benefit are decent also plus good amount of overtime and flexible enough schedule. Overnight get paid $2.50 extra. All the employees are also nice.
Cons
Them thinking that events and food party and more training are good way to keep employees retention when paying them a more is more effective. Do not get me wrong, I do appreciate the pizza party, birthday treats and Christmas activity, but they not going to retain people looking for higher paying job. Plus there sometime snarky and cringy statement in the white board. Can be busy and understaff sometime.
