- Great people - Interesting projects - Own product, not a software house - Good benefits - A lot of possibilites to learn something new - New technologies - No pressure - Very good management
Cons
- Quite uncompetitive salary, but not too bad comparing to other companies in Szczecin - Some projects are really old, but company is constantly working on replacing it - Once you get into a project you can stuck in it for a long time and get bored
