      Very Systematic place in which they care for the atmosphere of the teachers and students

      Cons

      only 3 days per year are allowed for absence.. after the 3 days, any absence is double deducted

      Pros

      Most of my carrier at Sahara was very positive. Very honest and fair commercial contractor with long term clientele. Good relationship with coworkers from upper management to field staff.

      Cons

      Best projects were negotiated contracts. Not very good at obtaining work through the competitive bid process. Eventually had to lay off all field and office staff due to bad projects.
