Pros
I'll put it bluntly, there IS a reason why this company pays so well, and has good benefits: the reason is, because everything else, sucks. Leads and supervisor were nice.
Cons
While the company pays decent and has a great benefits package, it has virtually no respect for employees personal needs. Overtime is mandatory, and there is no work/life balance whatsoever because work monopolizes it all. If you work in the billing department, be prepared to do 10 hours every single night for months on end. Also, it is extremely difficult to get days off - you often can't get them off even if you request them 6 months in advance. But more importantly, this place has the typical Machiavellian office politics of favoritism, gossip, co-worker backstabbing, garbage management, low employee morale, etc etc. And the problem doesn't just stem from lower level or office management, but HR itself is just as unethical and corrupt - they do highly biased and unfair investigations to any problem that may arise and fire people without warning even if they have had no prior disciplinary action - they will always take the side of the person who brownnoses the company the most. It is all done based on heresay and nothing else.
