Pros

Company pays for medical insurance at 10 years of employment. Great team support. Terminal managers willing to accept help and communicate needs with recruiting team.

Cons

Only get 3 personal days off if you're hired after January 1st, you have to wait a full calendar year for the rest of your vacation/benefits. In other words, get hired later in the year if you can. Basic benefits, not able to choose level of medical/dental, what they give is what you get. Terrible delivery of communication from supervisors or higher ups. Rapid changes in the 3 years I was employed.

Pros

Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

Cons

No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
