Pros

The team had strong technical expertise and consistently delivered quality work throughout the project. Although they were an outsourced team they integrated well with our internal staff and collaborated effectively. Communication was smooth and it felt like everyone was working toward the same goals which made the overall experience positive.

Cons

I didn't encounter any major issues during my time working with the team Based on my experience I don't have any specific areas for improvement to point out.

Pros

As the Account Manager for this project, my goal was to successfully deliver an on-demand taxi application that would serve as a reliable and flexible alternative to traditional ride-hailing services in our target market. We worked closely with the client to ensure the platform gave users more control by allowing them to choose their preferred drivers, set their own fare offers, and prioritize their safety throughout the entire ride experience.

Cons

As with any growing company, some internal processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency.

Pros

* Competitive salary and good benefits package. * Various sports clubs and an annual company trip. * A young and dynamic working environment with many events and team-building activities. * A learning and development fund to support employees’ growth

Cons

* Too many rules and policies imposed on employees. * I worked with a Solutions Architect (SA), but they were not very dedicated or professional in their work. * Some people tend to be arrogant and stubborn, always believing that they are right. * Low social insurance contribution base. * Career progression is not prioritized as highly as the company’s financial performance.
