Best work-life balance of any company I've ever worked for. The camaraderie is like no other and unmatched anywhere else. Management doesn't micromanage employees.

Paternity leave could be longer despite unlimited vacation possibility. Tech sales comp could be slightly better if renewals were included. Process for promotion is lengthy and tedious, could be improved.
