Pros
I've never worked with a better team. SailPoint talks a lot about hiring people who are hungry, humble and smart. I've worked here for more than 10 years and seen the company grow from 200 employees to close to 2,000. I've been so impressed at SailPoint's ability to maintain that great culture. The leadership truly cares about their employees as individuals and works to find the best role to help people accelerate their careers by building on their strengths. They don't try to make every person with the same title do the exact same things. I've been able to work my way up learning new skills and figuring out what I'm good at and what I like. There's always something new and exciting to work on - never a dull moment. I work hard, but I also am afforded the flexibility I need in my personal life for my kid's activities, school functions, doctors appointments, etc.
Cons
Compensation has never been at the top of the market but SailPoint does a lot to ensure that pay is fair and benefits are comparable to the market. The "unlimited vacation as approved by your manager" policy should really be revisited as it is not applied consistently throughout the company.
