Pros
The people I worked with as my peers were fantastic. We had a great team approach, and genuinely cared for one another. Very knowledgeable physicians, and I’ve gained a great bit of knowledge because of them.
Cons
The HR and management, on the other hand, are a different story. HR is not concerned about retention, the ridiculous history of poor management, or being staffed appropriately. Management has to beg for a position to be filled if one becomes empty. And management is only worried about metrics and numbers and how much can be done with the least amount of staff.
