Cons
After successfully passing interviews and signing an official offer, I was asked to resign from my current job to prepare for joining. Just a few days later, I was informed that the position was “on hold” without any explanation or official communication. I later discovered that the same offer had been sent to another candidate at the same time, and the company proceeded with their hiring instead. All communication stopped after that.
