Remote work, most of the IC staff is competent and kind

Upper management is unable to scale the company in a safe way, they lack foresight of market conditions when comes to product. Makes product and business stakeholder spend months of hard work just to shut down project. Product Design and Development aren't understood on the fundamental level making Growth non-existent, and even with high performance there is no real salary increase. I doubt the company can make it for other 2-3 years without significant cuts. Cannot recommend anyone to join us.
