Pros

SX provides all the tools and processes a person needs to be successful. When starting anyting new you have to put in the work up front so that you can enjoy the benefits later. SX has a proven process that will enable you to be successful if you follow it. The SX Advisor also gets to use SX's IP that has been produce over the years. This enables a person to start their own consulting without having to create everything from scrtach. I am having the most fun in my career working with SX. This is after 36 years in corporate.

Cons

The main con for those who join SX is that they do not get their first client as quickly as they would like. This can happen for many reasons. However if you stay the course eventually you will land your first client and the momentum will continue to build.
