Pros

- Strong client base across a diverse range of tech/software segments - One of the few tech inside sales roles that allows part-time/casual work for students - Several genuinely talented sales professionals in management that will help you develop early in your career

Cons

- Boiler room structure. You're expected to pound out as many calls as possible and your activity is actively monitored at all times. - Because of the emphasis on call volume, you never truly have the opportunity to develop proper inside sales skills that will make you successful when working with a vendor directly - Salary and comission structure is very, very low compared to working with a tech company directly - Flexibility doesn't extend to flexible hours or working from home. It's the office or nothing. If you're four minutes late, expect a reprimand. - Basically no perks to speak of. - You constantly switch between clients, sometimes calling for four or more in the same week. This can mean you become semi-good at everything while actually mastering nothing. - Management fosters a culture of bullying and intimidation.

Pros

Good to increase knowledge especially for fresh graduate.

Cons

1. Unfair salary. Fresh graduate get higher salaries than experienced employee. 2. Late salary payment. Every month !! 3. Company always get a good employee, but cannot manage them. Company wants a good results from their employees, but never treat employees well. Unfair!! 4. Always receive URGENT email regarding work, and want the employees do that task on that time, but when the employees need URGENT confirmation regarding the task, they never replied the email.
