The role could sometimes feel a bit repetitive, and the pace could be demanding during busy sales cycles. While it’s great to be in a results-driven environment, this could lead to stress during high-demand periods. More support or structure during these times would be helpful.

SalesQB’s thorough training program helped me acquire product knowledge and sales techniques to contribute to the team’s success. Management was supportive, offering guidance and maintaining an open communication culture, which made me feel valued. The workplace culture was inclusive and focused on teamwork and growth.
