Pros
N/A: The only thing that made it bearable was a few people, but they have all either left or been let go and threatened.
Cons
Misogyny: They would rather hire a less qualified man than consider promoting a woman to an executive role. Executive leadership: The CRO is actively and what seems to be intentionally destroying the company's chance at survival; he is tacky, arrogant, and has no experience whatsoever in retail tech or start-ups. He has scapegoated other execs and employees for his destructive direction. The CEO only listens to him, for what reason I don't know. Top heavy org: The exec to employee ratio is wrong. So many execs micromanaging every decision and not agreeing on direction and very few people to actually execute on those schizophrenic directives. Fraudulent activities: Consistent manipulation of sales data at both executive and lower levels. Obfuscating real numbers to keep series b investment company ignorant of how their investment is being mismanaged. Abuse of staff: Women are routinely screamed at, called incompetent, and forced to carry a much higher load than male counterparts. People who manage women are told to push them harder and if it means working all night every night, so be it. Benefits: lol.
