      All the perks of a big tech, good salary

      Cons

      Terrible management. The CTO only knows how to evaluate numbers, not situations. The company is losing key people in all areas, and they don't realize it. Don't work here unless you're looking for a dehumanizing, robotic experience.

      Pros

      Wonderful Front Line Managers and SVPs in the GTM Organization. Genuinely good, talented people at the IC and Mid - Sr. Management level.

      Cons

      PE playbook involves slashing headcount and resources while doubling or tripling job responsibilities. Cutting benefits. Redesigning a comp plan to pay as little as possible. OTEs are a fantasy. All those good, talented people are now broken spirits half in the game. Understandably, no one is going above and beyond when it's not rewarded.
