Pros

Hybrid after 90 days They clap a lot and celebrate things a lot. It’s

Cons

Onboarding was disorganized and delayed due to them misspelling my name 3x, which pushed my start date back nearly a month. Training lacked transparency, schedules and key information were withheld, and expectations around bonuses and overtime were misrepresented. The attendance policy is extremely strict, with no sick time provided (hired during flu/RSV outbreaks) Everyone was sick and couldn’t or wouldn’t call out because you will be deemed “a problem” and get a corrective action. The environment felt cliquey and unprofessional, with favoritism and excessive oversharing during training. Overall: There is a clear disconnect between stated values like worklife balance and how employees are actually treated. If you are a call center worker understand there are plenty of other places that pay more for the same position with less stress. It’s not worth it. Save yourself and apply somewhere else.
