Waste of time - Anonymous employee Salon Greco Employee Review

I absolutely love working at Salon Greco. They have new owners that have taken over and life is GREAT!! Business is booming and clients are happier than ever. Ive worked in different salons over the years and Greco is the only company that truly works as a team. If you need help or have questions, the team is there to help you. We have catered lunch on Saturdays. Ive won concert tickets based on sales. My schedule is super flexible. I leave everyday for an hour to pick my daughter up from school. If she is sick or has any field trips, they always work with me so I can still be actively involved in her everyday life. The new owners hear our concerns and truly help us to resolve the situation. There are endless possibilities for growth here. We have FREE education every month. Who does that???? Salon Greco!!!!! Your truly missing out on great opportunities that Salon Greco has to offer.

Previous owners over mentor people who should have been fired long ago. They are given way to many chances that they dont deserve.

Staff is nice, sometimes they provide donuts. Good manager. Learn Marketing at its best

I would need a whole notebook for this. Worked there for years, unfortunately have a lot of bad things to say. Owner preaches integrity all the time but has none. They have a structure of pay to pay you the minimum. They think they own their clients and chased around ex-employees if they decide to go with the service provider. You are micromanaged by the owner and she will tell you how to do your job even if she has no clue on how to do it, they lie, push for sells, promise dinner paid if certain gift cards goals are reached and that dinner never happens. Owners are disrespectful from calling their staff fat, nutcase, weird, etc. They have monthly meeting that just repeats the same thing. They have zero professionalism as they talk about their clients behind their back. They will pay an assistant $8 an hour, make her do a color touch up of $65-85 and all she gets is $8! Employees have to do all the cleaning cause they cant afford a cleaning person meanwhile they have the highest prices of gwinnett county and the poorest pay to employees. And i can just go on and on. Do yourself a favor, dont even apply! They will try to brainwash you! Btw the only reason why they win best of Gwinnett is because owners spents most of her day voting voting and voting!!!! No one else votes for them!
