- Salaries are well below market rate, and don't expect a pay review — they don't happen - The disconnect between leadership and the sales floor is hard to overstate. The CEO would occasionally come into the office, do a LinkedIn photoshoot, and leave — zero interaction with the team - No internal support, no investment in tools or ways of working. It's genuinely concerning how far behind the business is when it comes to modern tech and client-facing processes - When I moved to another agency, the difference was night and day — it was a real culture shock to realise just how stuck in the past Salt is - Leadership needs a serious reset
