Home office, good salary, great colleagues

If you prefer working on site then probably not the best company

The colleagues are very friendly, young, and motivated. The atmosphere is nice and inclusive. Pega is a great tool to learn, there aren't too many Pega developers, so you won't be one in the million. Salaries are very good compared to other developer roles (because there aren't many Pega developers), especially after 3-4 years. I haven't heard of Pega before joining Saltech so I was a little hesitant, but actually, in the background, many companies use software built with Pega (Siemens, Google, Vodafone, etc.).

As software developers, we work on different projects with customers, some of those projects may be more interesting and some may be a bit more difficult. But I guess it would be the same elsewhere also.
