Pros

Saltus have a great company culture! They have a saying that they only hire people you would be happy to sit on a long haul flight next to, and I would agree. The people are what make the company great alongside the support and care.

Cons

It is a fast-paced and often challenging environment. I enjoy this aspect most of the time, but it can be difficult some weeks - there's very little opportunity to have down time or a non-hectic schedule. It feels like there is little room for progression. For me to gain a pay rise or move through the ranks, I would have to find a new role at a different company.

Pros

Amazing career progression and support with financial planning qualifications. I am surrounded by extremely intelligent and experienced advisers that want me to succeed.

Cons

The back end systems could be improved hopefully with Project Dentist. Create technical managers that can be contacted with queries.
