Service writers can be an issue, parts department seems to not care much, no OEM scan tools for each employee and special tools scattered into the wind.
I was expected to do a lot for very little pay.
I was there the longest in my department, the newer people coming in were making more than me.
When I address the aforementioned issue with the guy in charge multiple times, he shrugged me off and never made changes.
