Working at Sam & Ash, LLP has been an incredible experience. As a Client Success Manager, I feel supported, trusted, and valued every day. The leadership genuinely cares about all the employees and everyone is excited to come into work. The team culture is positive and collaborative, and there’s always room to grow, which was very important to me when looking for a job. It’s fast-paced, meaningful work surrounded by people who truly believe in doing what’s right — and that makes all the difference. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work in a law firm like Sam and Ash because it is rare to find a law firm that combines excellence with empathy the way Sam & Ash does.

This office will challenge you in ways that encourage you to grow. It is definitely an environment where you get out of it what you put into it. Partners have high standards and expectations and push you to meet them and be your best. If you work well under pressure and high intensity, you will thrive in this work environment, otherwise, it may not be the right fit for you. Other pros: - helpful coworkers and strong team dynamic - nice office/computers/equipment - room to grow within the firm and opportunities to learn new skills - generous raises - office events/dinners
