Pros
It was good to learn some new things in photography and learn how to set up everything per job. The people who work there are really nice and funny and supportive. The photographers stick together and help each other out.
Cons
Management. Owner and manager act like a bad married couple. You're never right even if you've done everything asked plus more. It's a photography business but you get no hours. Constantly told "no one is full time" but is known that it's only the photographers who were hired for full time who don't get the hours. You don't even make part time hours most weeks. Have been told that "photographers are the scum of the earth" and that "anyone can do our job" but freak out if you talk about leaving. There really is no respect for photographers in this photography business.
