Complete responsibility and autonomy over your work Excellent values that are being put into effect (towards end of '19) Great multicultural team Safe space in which to fail, no blame culture Management care about wellbeing (I have had issues with my health, the company allowed me time off and paid for nutritional therapy even as I was in my notice period)
Cons
Typical start-up growing pains If you are not independent then you will find it difficult (some might see this as a con, for me the training as a result of this has been excellent) It is very much what you make of it
