Pros
opportunity to grow in the company when working hard, nice people to work with (mostly), staff food, can learn how to make drinks properly, looks good on your cv, nice view.
Cons
very long hours, working night shifts and morning shifts, only 30 mins not paid break and you spend some of that in the lift, your salary is basic + service charge depending on your experience and performance each month. when it's busy on the weekends it feels like mcdonalds in making drinks.
