      Pros

      They care about diversity and inclusion and want to make Samotics a nice workplace for all their employees. - Free lunch - A lot of company events/drinks - Opportunity to think along with some processes - Staying modern and developing with their employees

      Cons

      Some decisions to let people go are not understandable. Communication on this and other decisions that are being made from ''above'' could be communicated better.

      - Amazing group of talented, smart, young, international and diverse people. - Very exciting, cutting edge technology to help industrial companies optimize the performance of their production assets - Very strong and motivated tech team, with lots of domain expertise - Modern, spacious office with good quality facilities and fun stuff (own bar with stocked fridges, table tennis table)

      Cons

      - Leadership team is strong, but not very diverse. This is being worked on.
