Does not recommend - Teacher Sampoerna Academy Employee Review

Sampoerna Academy is an excellent school to be working at. Senior leadership team is an expert in their own field, easy to work with and always strive to work for what's best for the children. The teachers are very capable as well and willing to learn.

For those who prefers city life, Medan will be a new adventure for you. Personally, I prefer slow living so Medan is right up in my alley.

The team is very supportive and collaborative, also help in learning and problem-solving. Benefit & compensation is competitive to market standards. The company is stable and a good place for who want to learn and develop skills.

A large organization, means frequent collaboration with many stakeholder from other divisions, sites and external parties, which is sometimes are quite challenging.
