      Pros

      good balance between my home and work life means that I can spend more time with my family than I could at my old job also Im not subject to the abuse that I was at my old job. manager has been sound especially regarding sick days etc

      Job was not very stressful as I have had stressful roles in other jobs before. I could work somewhere close to home which was ideal for my kids.

      Took a while to get my correct size uniform but I was given it in the end
