Pros
They hire great people, as long as they stay your peers you'll have a great time. Conferences, once or twice a year you get together with the national team. Always a ball!
Cons
Higher ups encourage and reward micro-management. Once a peer becomes higher up, you can see them shift. Obsessing over checking into centres, looking at timestamps on photos, pushing for more but not providing more resources. Oh and the pay!!! Dont even get me started on how underpaid I was. With my job straight after this I was given a 40% bump!!
