Pros
Good Salary, Strong brand name and recognition, you get to learn the perfection of presentations excel skills and "some" experience overall.
Cons
Really hard and annoying to work with Koreans Style management, there is always a miscommunication reason behind them not understanding you, your thoughts are for yourself and their thoughts and decisions are un-negotiable. Work life balance is very poor, you end up being a secertary even if you have the experience and knowledge to run a full business. Strategies are changed over night, and they expect you to have no personal life the same way thry don't. Friendships are made among other fellow locals only, koreans barely return a good morning or a salute.
