Pros
Sales environment with focus on performance, good reward package, opportunity to develop areas and BU´s and be rewarded for that, no limit to growth professionally and carreer, opportunity to travel and work at other units in the world
Cons
Some leaders have lack of good experience in people management. I had a good experience and support of the company to adapted to company culture but the majority of people doesn't have the same luck.
