      HR team is not good. Group internal politics, get good hike and promotion if you have good terms with team manager and group head.

      Cons

      Strict Korean culture. Always dependent on Korean people and management. No quality of work , most of the maintenance work. No scope of learning technology aspects. Only focus on algorithm and software test.
